I have been a licensed massage therapist for 25 years, with a wide range of experience across private, medical, and spa settings. I am a Reiki Master and have completed continuing education and hold additional certifications in medical massage, sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy/trigger point, cupping, aromatherapy, and reflexology. I am a technique-certified craniosacral therapist with the UpLedger Institute. Becoming certified with the Upledger Institute requires successfully completing a written paper, written exam, and practical exam. Certification with Upledger additionally requires ongoing continuing education courses. I am also a teaching assistant for CranioSacral 1 and 2 courses. My clients include individuals with acute and chronic pain, people recovering from surgery, amateur and professional athletes, and people who simply want to reduce stress and just feel better. I offer a variety of massage techniques to incorporate into each session, allowing me to tailor the massage to meet the needs of each individual client.
