I have been a licensed massage therapist for 25 years with a wide range of experience working in private, medical, and spa settings. I am a Reiki Master and have taken continuing education and have additional certifications in medical massage, sports massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy/trigger point, cupping, aromatherapy, and reflexology. I am currently studying with the Upledger Institute for my certification in craniosacral therapy. My clients include individuals with acute and chronic pain, people recovering from surgery, amateur and professional athletes, and people who want to reduce stress and simply feel better. I offer a variety of massage techniques to incorporate into each session allowing me to tailor the massage to meet the needs of each individual client.
